These Terms of Service govern your use of WristDNA, available at https://www.wristdna.com.
By creating an account or using WristDNA, you agree to these Terms and to the WristDNA Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
The service
WristDNA is a private watch collection and wear-tracking application.
WristDNA allows you to add watches to a Watch Box, upload photographs, record which watches you wear on particular dates, review your wear history, and see collector insights generated from your collection and wear activity.
Features may change as WristDNA develops.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
WristDNA is not directed at children under 13.
You are responsible for the information, photographs, and other content you add to WristDNA and for maintaining control of the email or Google account you use to access the service.
You are also responsible for your use of WristDNA and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the collection information, notes, photographs, and other content you submit to WristDNA.
By submitting content, you give WristDNA the limited permission necessary to host, store, display, process, and otherwise use that content solely as needed to operate and provide the service to you.
This includes storing your watch information and photographs, displaying them inside your private account, maintaining your wear history, and generating WristDNA statistics and collector insights.
You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to access another user’s private account, collection, or data
- interfere with or disrupt WristDNA or its infrastructure
- attempt to bypass security or access controls
- use WristDNA for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- upload unlawful or infringing content
- use automated systems to access the service in a manner that materially interferes with its operation
WristDNA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its infrastructure from misuse.
WristDNA insights
Wear statistics, collection statistics, collector archetypes, and other WristDNA insights are informational product features generated from the collection and wear information available to WristDNA.
These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change as the service develops.
WristDNA does not guarantee that collection information, classifications, metadata, statistics, or collector insights are complete or error-free.
No professional or valuation service
WristDNA is not a watch appraisal, authentication, valuation, investment, insurance, financial, or marketplace service.
Information displayed by WristDNA should not be treated as professional financial, investment, insurance, authentication, appraisal, or valuation advice.
You remain responsible for decisions you make concerning your watches and collection.
Availability and changes
WristDNA may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
WristDNA depends on third-party infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, and authentication providers. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, provider outages, or circumstances outside WristDNA’s control.
WristDNA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Account suspension or termination
WristDNA may suspend or terminate access to the service if an account is used in violation of these Terms, creates a security risk, or materially interferes with the operation of WristDNA.
Where appropriate, WristDNA may take reasonable steps to resolve a problem before terminating access.
Disclaimers
WristDNA is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WristDNA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WristDNA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms
WristDNA may update these Terms as the service develops or its legal or operational requirements change.
When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of WristDNA after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
